TERMS OF SERVICE
Calendar Days is a Tier 1 & 2 site open to all English reading citizens of Australia,Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.
Please note our server will reject email addresses using Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, Rogers, Rocket and possibly others.
You can only join oursite using a Gmail account (email account from gmail, Google).
RESPONSIBILITY OF AFFILIATES:
1. You must use your own name and a valid email address and only 1 account is allowed per family and IP address
2. You must click at least 1 link (PTC or Email Ad) every 30 days to keep your account active and earn from your referrals. Failure to do so will result in account suspension after 90 days of inactivity. Members with an affiliate page and/or using the PTP link(s) are required to click a minimum of 50 links per calendar month to earn from those features.
3. Although there is a bonus for joining, new members must earn enough by personally clicking to pay for their first redeemed ad.
4. You must be 13 years of age or older to become an affiliate.
5. Sharing of computers with other affiliates is not allowed or sharing of email address or payment accounts.
6. Vacation mode may be set for a maximum of 30 days in total per calendar year. You may be exempted from this with permission from webmaster
7. University or college addresses may not be used, and any account with an IP which comes from one will be canceled.
8. Any instances of intentional false information is a cause for deletion without exception.
9. Your Calendar Days account is non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or given away.
10. You agree to communicate with Calendar Days in English and will not send us spam--this is a cause for deletion.
PAYMENTS:
1. Affiliates earn by clicking the links provided by Calendar Days both at the site and in paid emails sent to their own email accounts if they have opted for them. You may earn by referring other members using your own referral link provided. And you may earn by other activities provided on the site such as use of the Special PTP link, playing the games and click contests.
2. Calendar Days will pay affiliates when your balance reaches the minimum payout of $2.00 USD and not more than $5.00 USD per calendar month after the required 50 clicks have been made. This requirement is for all members.
3. Payment requests are combined into one payment per member per month if you request using the same payment method on multiple sites that we own (check the list of family sites on the side panel of this site). This way you can save on fees of the chosen payment option.
4. We don't charge fees for requesting payouts, we will send you the exact ammount you requested. Any fees are on the payment processor you chose (if any).
5. Payments will be made within 30 days from the requested date or as funds allow.
AFFILIATE PAGE:
1. Calendar Days is not a paid to promote site, but a paid to read and click site.
2. Affiliate pages are an alternate method of receiving earnings through promotion of the special promotional page, and these pages CANNOT be promoted in surf exchanges, traffic exchanges or blogs. Special approval must be obtained to use ptc sites to promote this page.
3. There currently is no earnings percentage requirement to use the affiliate page other than the 50 clicks per calendar month.
Paid To Promote (PTP):
1. The PTP links are available for all members to use. It may be promoted at any site except for Traffic Exchanges, PTC Only sites or Automated Surf sites unless specific permission from this administration is provided.
2. Each PTP link has its own extra rules. You should check them on the main PTP page before you start promoting them.
3. The PTP links offers additional earning ability and will be auto credited to your account.
4. There currently is no earnings percentage requirement to use the PTP links
5. Abuse of these PTP links will result in your account being suspended or canceled without notice at admin's discretion.
INACTIVITY:
1. Members in Calendar Days have joined to click, read and earn. Members who do not click for 30 consecutive days will be considered inactive and their account may be suspended. After a total of 90 more days without contact from member, the suspended account may be deleted.
CHEATING:
1. Use of click software or automated bots will result in immediate account deletion.
2. Checking any of the "bad" keywords will result in account deletion: bot user, I live to cheat, let me cheat you.
3. Turing numbers might be enabled from time to time on this site. More than 30 incorrect numbers per month and your account will be suspended.
4. Failing an English test tells us that you cannot read English and are not allowed to be an affiliate as is stated at the beginning of this page.
5. Stating negative comments about Calendar Days or any of its administration while you are still an affiliate will result in deletion if/when that information/comment is based on false facts or rumors.
6. Providing false information or IP numbers from a country in which you do not live will result in immediate deletion.
ADVERTISING:
1. All new accounts may receive our free 6 month upgrade. Please request within the first 30 days of joining. Members with the free upgrade must click at least 50 ads before using the bonus ads each month and they are not allowed to use the PTP link designated to paid upgraded members.
2. Advertising submitted must not contain any of the following: pornography, racism, discrimination, vulgarity, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
3. Ads must not contain any frame breakers or Iframes. Ads must not contain or promote any viruses. Ads must not have more than one pop up/pop under which must first be authorized by administration. Ads must not cause freeze-frames or open entire new site windows.
4. Ads must not promote gambling, warez, get rich quick schemes, ramdomizers, pyramids, ponzi schemes, HYIP, multilevel marketing programs, investment programs, matrix sites, or scam sites which claim excessive earnings. Acceptance of these ads is totally up to the discretion of management.
5. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any advertising which we feel is detrimental to this site. A refund of monies made for the advertising will be provided.
RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES:
1. You and Calendar Days are independent contractors.
2. There is no partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between us.
3. You do not have any authority to accept or make any offers as a representative of this site.
4. You are responsible of paying any taxes for money received while an affiliate.
5. Calendar Days reserves the right to delete any member for any reason we believe necessary to maintain this site.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
1. Calendar Days must not be held liable for any of the following: lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages.
SPAM:
1. You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (spam), newsgroup posting, blogging, or any other method of mass communication.
2. You may not forward junk mail to our support address which includes items or services for sale not included in your personal paid advertising or invitations to join your social network.
3. If we receive continued emails with junk or spam from your email address, your account may be suspended and/or canceled.
SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
1. Any of the above listed terms, rules, and agreements may be amended at any time, and attempts will be made to inform affiliates of changes in advance of the event.
